Project title: C2 House
Client: C.C.

Architect: Arch. Alberto Proserpio [@albertoprose] (project leader) with Francesco Bonanomi [@frabona90]

Year: 2016 design. 2017 start the building phase.

The sloped plot is situated few hundreds meters far away from the ocean but, because of its hilly morphology it gives the possibility to easily look at a nice and natural landscape that ends with the horizontal ocean’s line.

The house, thanks to the slope, creates a inner court which leads up, on the top of the green roof terrace. The main entrance is located downstairs. Here is also a garage for three cars. This basement is flexible and there is the possibility to totally open it, to create a sort of outside covered place, for parties.
From here, two ramps of stair brings you up; from one side, a little studio; from the other, the representative living space, with a big living room directly opened to the kitchen/dining area. Big glass facades open to the inside court and to a long terrace which faces the ocean. From here, you can go the the other wing of the house. A corridor connects the three single rooms, and ends with few steps down to the really intimate master bedroom.
