Jay Jordan

I’m a British Student in my Third Year of a BA Architecture Course at Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication – based in London.
I have lived in South East Asia for the past 10 years and hope to return after graduating to work in practice.
In my work, I have become increasingly interested in the role of ‘peripheral phenomena’ in Architecture. Those objects, systems and practices that do not necessarily posses architectural or spatial specifications, but nevertheless can be seen to enrich our spaces and lives. I enjoy the notion of Architecture as Machine – one that enables, empowers and produces.
